The Graduate Retention Program is designed to attract and retain college and high school graduates in Northeast Indiana. Our strategy is to increase awareness of area employers by promoting the development of meaningful internships for college and high school students.
Achieving this goal will position us to gain new economic development and secure existing employment opportunities.

Live, Learn, and Intern
"Live, Learn and Intern," an annual project implemented by the Chamber's Workforce Development Division and organized by a local intern, is a program of summer events for college interns in Northeast Indiana. These social and networking events introduce students to opportunities and activities offered regionally. The Questa Scholars 1/2 Back Loan Program is a unique student loan program that forgives up to 1/2 of the principle loan amount when you graduate with a 2.75 GPA or higher and you continue to reside and work in Northeast Indiana for a minimum of five years. More information can be found here.
Brain Gain Scholarship Fund
The Questa Scholars "Brain Gain Fund" offers qualifying student reimbursement up to $10,000 over a four year period for college graduates who live and work in Allen County for at least one year.
