Graduate retention starts with you! Employers are the cornerstone of the program. Our success is dependent upon the availability of quality internships and the active participation of employers.

The Graduate Retention Program will create, formalize or enhance internship programs. The opportunity to post internship positions on Indiana INTERNnet provides thousands of college students access to that information throughout the region and the State of Indiana.

There are numerous ways that well-structured and meaningful internships can have a positive impact on the bottom line for employers, including:

  • Test potential employees prior to making an offer of full-time employment;
  • Reduce the cost and risk involved with hiring a new full-time employee;
  • Access talent with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and the latest industry education;
  • Execute projects that have been on hold;
  • Increase productivity on projects;
  • Contribute to the retention of college graduates in the Northeast Indiana workforce.
Representatives are available to meet with company officials to begin the process. Get started today!
