By utilizing the Graduate Retention Program, students will learn of employers, internships and job opportunities in Northeast Indiana.
The program is open to students in high school, two- and four-year degree programs, and graduate studies.
Benefits to students include:
- Career pathways can be "test driven" to determine the right field of interest;
- Valuable work experience can be gained to enhance knowledge and familiarity with the chosen field;
- Students can demonstrate and enhance their skills and knowledge and gain new skills and knowledge through internships;
- A successful internship can lead to gainful, full-time employment.
